♡ What are the delivery times?
All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the option chosen:

- Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 working days

- Colissimo: 2 to 3 working days

♡ Do you ship internationally?
Not yet :(
For the moment, we only deliver to mainland France.
But as soon as international shipping is available, we'll announce it everywhere : on the website, on Instagram, TikTok, and even by carrier pigeon if necessary.

♡ Do you offer delivery to a relay point?
Yes! It's even the most popular option.
You can select a Mondial Relay point when ordering.

♡ Where is my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
You can click on it to track your package in real time.

♡ Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, yes.
Send us a message quickly at info@keroppishop.fr with your order number.
Otherwise, you will have to wait for receipt to make a return.

♡ I haven't received my confirmation email, what should I do?
Check your spam!
And if you can't find anything, write to us at info@keroppishop.fr . We'll send it back to you in just two clicks.

♡ Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to change your mind!
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

♡ How to make a return?
Send us a quick email to info@keroppishop.fr with your order number.
We'll guide you through the return process. You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless we made the mistake.

♡ When will I receive my refund?
Once the package has been returned and checked, you will be refunded within 5 working days.

♡ Are your products official Sanrio?

Transparency is super important to us!

The vast majority, yes.
Approximately 90% of the products in the store are officially licensed by Sanrio, purchased from authorized suppliers.
When a product is licensed, it is clearly indicated on its product sheet!

Some products Unofficial (but inspired by the kawaii or Hello Kitty universe) are also available — and they are always specified as “not licensed” in their description.
No ambiguity with us :)

They are stored in France 🇫🇷 and shipped from our warehouse.
We work with officially licensed European suppliers.

♡ What should I do if my item is damaged upon receipt?

We offer you an exchange or a refund according to your preference.

All transactions go through secure platforms like Stripe and PayPal, with SSL encryption.
We never see your banking information.
